Before you place an order with it is very important to check our shipping terms and conditions as follows:

Handling and Shipments:

  • Once we receive your order you get a confirmation call from our customer support executive for the confirmation of your order as well as shipping details such as shipping address. You need to submit and confirm the correct shipping address as we send the shipments at the same address that you will confirm with us via email.
  • If there is a change in the shipping address, you need to send the new shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order. We shall make the changes in the order. Once the order is shipped the changes in shipping address are not entertained.
  • Once the shipping address is confirmed your order is processed for the making of the products. It takes 5-6 working days to make the product ready. The product is verified by our quality control department and then it is shipped to its destination.
  • The total time taken is 12-15 working days including the shipping time. In case of express shipment it depends upon the design of the product and the date that you need the product. In case of express shipment contact our customer support.
  • We do not accept orders for overnight shipments.
  • Once the order is shipped you get a tracking number via email. You may then track the order continuously until you receive your order and keep yourself updated with the latest progress of shipment.

Shipping Policy:

  • You need to give us correct shipping address and confirm the shipping address via email or else we will not be responsible if your parcel is lost in transit or delivered at another place.
  • Maximum weight upto 1kg allowed in one parcel. If the weight is more than 1 kg then the number of parcels may increase.
  •  Regular Shipments are FREE and express shipment will be $20.
  • The shipments are sent via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, USPS, and EMS courier services. It depends upon the location of the delivery.
  • The normal shipping and handling time is 12-15 working days for regular shipments.

Shipment Guarantee:

  • assures you the guaranteed shipment before the time mentioned above. We strive hard to satisfy the need of the customer. There are no delays in shipment, provided that the leather is available in stock. In this case of delay we notify the customer in advance. However this happens in rarely.
  • The shipments are made in proper carriers so that they are not damaged in transit.

Shipping Returns and Refunds:

  •  Refunds are allowed only in case when the shipments are delivered not on time that is within 12-15 working days after the order confirmation.
  • Refunds are also eligible if the customer receives damaged parcel or the product is lost in transit.
  • When the parcel is delivered you need to sign the parcel or else we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the goods after delivery. If you are not available to pick the parcel a delivery note will be left at your doorstep and you will have to contact the delivery services and collect the parcel. A product received on your behalf at the destination address provided by you will not be eligible for refund. So, it is your responsibility to make it sure that the correct person receives the delivery (at the address provided by you).
  • If you are out and will not able to collect the order then you are allowed to ask someone to collect the person on your behalf however you will have to inform us via sending an email stating the person’s name, phone number and the shipping address. This will make us easy to ensure that you received your parcel safely.
  • We shall not be responsible for the change of the address after the parcels are in transit and you make an address change with the courier services. It will be at your own risk.

Damaged Parcels.

  • We assure a full refund or return or an exchange in case if the parcel is damaged in transit. However we request you to contact our customer support executive and send us a picture or an image of the damaged parcel via email at [email protected] so that we can send it our shipping department and claim for shipment.
