Refunds and Returns

LeatherSprite.com works the best to satisfy the clients all over the world in terms of product services, quality and customer satisfaction. We aim and believe in customer satisfaction and our team strives hard to achieve its goal.

However sometimes unevenly if anything goes wrong we are always here to rectify and resolve the problem. We have some terms and conditions while we resolve the matter and therefore here is our refund and returns policy that we request every client to follow so that we achieve our goal with your true satisfaction.

Note: Before you checkout we request you to read and understand our refund and return terms and condition to avoid the miscommunication further.

Terms for Cancellation: Cancellation of order will only be entertained within 24hrs after placing the order. You will be fully refunded for your order. However, after 24 hrs or after confirmation of your order the orders will not entertained for cancellation. If you need to cancel the order contact our customer support for cancellation request.

Terms for Returns/ Exchange: Returns and Exchange are not allowed however in certain cases we do accept returns or exchange of the products depends upon the condition of the order.

  • Returns can only take place in case of damaged goods or if you receive the products of incorrect size and measurements from LeatherSprite.com. In this case you will have to contact our customer support within 24 hrs after the delivery of the parcel. Before exchange or return our quality control department will verify the details and give a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Then only the returned parcels will be accepted.
  • In case of return or exchange customer will have to pay one side shipping cost. Returns which are damaged or used products will not be accepted.
  • We make the products according to the details provided by the customer and if the customer provides incorrect details then LeatherSprite.com will not be responsible for any returns or exchange.

Therefore we request you to provide us accurate measurements and other details.

Terms for Refunds: (Refund Policy):  LeatherSprite.com works as a team to keep the customer satisfied and since we are not in stock we make the products according to the customers need. Our skilled workmanship and team of fashion designers strive to satisfy the clients need. In case the customer provides the incorrect information then LeatherSprite.com is not responsible for any refunds in any case.

  • Once we receive your order and your payment LeatherSprite.com sends you a confirmation email and an executive from customer support will call you for your order and measurements confirmation. Failure to reply the email or call will result a hold on your order until we receive any reply from you via email. Your order will only be processed once we confirm your measurements and shipping address.

  • You are requested to provide us correct measurements and correct shipping information. If we receive an incorrect information NO REFUND will be made in case if anything goes wrong after your receive your order.

  • You are not allowed to buy two and select one which one you like and return the other product if you dislike. No refunds are allowed in such cases. You will have to accept the number of products that you order.

  • Refunds are not allowed on custom size orders. Refunds will be made on standard size apparels only on certain cases.

  • Color of the received product may vary from the one that is online. This is due to the computer monitor screen resolution however your product will be identical as per the image of the product online. No refunds allowed in such cases.

  • Do not compare the products or content of the website with any other design from other website as the details on our website are different for others. We assure you that you will receive the order same as per the image on our website. You should not claim for refund in any such cases.

Refunds Allowed: As described above, here are certain conditions we allow refunds to the customer.

  • Refunds are allowed on delayed delivery. The normal handling and shipping time is 12-15 working days. If you fail to receive the product within this time frame then you are eligible for a full refund from LeatherSprite.com.

  • If you find that there is a mistake from our side in terms of product crafting or is not identical as given online then you may claim for a full refund or an exchange.

  • Refunds take place in case of the damaged parcels. In this case you will have to contact us at toll free number and email us the damaged photo of your parcel within 24 hrs of delivery of the parcel. We shall then help you to get the refund.

Additional Information

  1. Though we do not charge extra for custom size products or any changes. There might be an extra charge for the products which have been customized at extreme level or for the products which are not on the website and NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED if you provide us incorrect details of order.

  2. We have our expert team of skilled workmanship, quality control and fashion designers who check the product quality at each stage therefore we would request you to provide all details accurately so that you are pleased by our service.

  3. We also request you to contact us immediately if you find any issue in our service in terms of customer support service, product service or any other so that we can help you to resolve the issue and you are satisfied. Contacting the credit card company or negative feedback will not resolve the issue and instead makes the situation worst.
